Studio in Rasskazovka

28 m² Apartment Project, Moscow
Project created in collaboration with architect Varya Shalito

This compact studio, adorned in terracotta shades, was designed for rental purposes. Our goal was to make it functional, vibrant, and distinctive among other listings. Within the 28 square meters, we successfully incorporated a kitchen, dining area, living space, and bedroom. The apartment was rented out at a favorable rate, and the clients were very pleased with the outcome.
